Infrastructure Services are centrally coordinated IT services that provide the foundation for the university's IT capability. These services include the voice and data networks (wired and wireless), data centers, virtual and physical servers, storage, databases and applications used across the university such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, YaleConnect email, EliApps, Central Backup and Drupal to mention only a few.
